  1. Jot-It: The Intelligent NotePad!

  3.  Welcome to Jot-It, the personal Windows notepad.  Jot-It is ideal for
  4. recording "to-do" lists and reminders.  Entries in Jot-It are stored in a 
  5. dedicated file which is automatically saved every 15 minutes and on exit.
  6. Jot-It remembers its dimensions, font size, font type and colors between
  7. sessions.  Jot-It is "always on top" with edit, locate, and print features.
  8.      Jot-It uses the same basic menu commands as Windows Notepad.
  9. Click on the Help menu or press the F1 key for more information on 
  10. Jot-It's unique capabilities and the data files it uses. For example, 
  11. unlike Windows Notepad, Jot-It can display and print all Windows fonts
  12. and permits you to configure the colors of your text display.     
  13.      You probably have launched Jot-It and are reading this message
  14. from its data file.  When you're ready to use Jot-It, simply delete this 
  15. text and begin typing your own entries!  But before you begin, use the
  16. Settings menu to select colors and a font to suit your preference. 
  17. When you exit Jot-It from the File menu, your data and settings are saved.
